Elin has spent her life exploring both outer and inner worlds. From endurance sports to yoga and meditation, her journey bridges exercise and stillness.
Through retreats and coaching, she now helps others reconnect, to nature, to presence, to themselves.
Jonas Sodergren
Jonas is a Sea Kayak leader, an Outdoor Adventure Guide and Certified Nature Guide. He has spent most of his life with hiking boots, bike shoes or skis strapped to his feet.
Born in Stockholm, he traded the city streets for open trails and long days in nature. Now he's passionately helping others do the same.
